Each program is developed specific for your utility because all utilities have different Substation worker needs. What works at one company may not work at another as some utilities have workers who perform all substation work and others have employees who perform only specific work such as relaying.
We start with a template and build your program on-site with your personnel which will ensure it is tailored for your company. Programs can be developed using 1 to 4 modules identifying, required academics, field experience and hard skills. All courses are designed to meet progressive criteria and are coordinated with written and practical reviews to ensure employees have the skills and training requirements necessary to perform their jobs.
