Progressive Employee Development

All courses are designed to meet progressive criteria and are coordinated with written and practical reviews to ensure employees have the skills and training requirements necessary to perform their jobs

Our staff will work with your utility to develop on-the-job training processes that are designed to address the specific needs of your utility. We will work with utility personnel to ensure a structured method of moving employees from one level to the next. Many utilities in the past have moved employees due to time on the job and in some cases, the employees have not had the skills necessary to perform their jobs safely along with ensuring equipment and utility reliability is maintained. All courses are designed to meet progressive criteria and are coordinated with written and practical reviews to ensure employees have the skills and training requirements necessary to perform their jobs.
